Return policy
Please return items within one week after receiving the item.
However, we cannot accept returns or cancellations (withdrawal or cancellation of an application for a product sales contract) in the following cases: (Excluding cases of defective products.)

・Products marked as non-returnable or non-cancelable at the time of sale

・Products marked with "order cannot be canceled"
・Clothing worn directly on the scalp
・Products that have been used once
・Products that are soiled, damaged, malfunctioning, or defective due to the customer's responsibility
(Including the transfer of odors such as cigarettes and perfumes, adhesion of foundation and pet hair, etc.)
・Products with tags, price tags, etc. removed
・Products whose boxes or packaging are soiled, damaged, malfunctioning, or defective due to the customer's responsibility
・Products that have been repaired, washed, or cleaned by the customer
・Products that have been delivered for more than one week
